Economy It is straightforward to design an expensive building. It is far more challenging to design an economical building. Our years of experience allow us to minimise building costs whilst maximising design quality. It is a source of pride to us that many of our projects sell for far more than the sum of the land and the building cost. We like to think that difference is the $ value of good design. Style Aesthetics is a very personal and subjective matter. At Nexus, we do not slavishly follow the latest fads and fashion. Nor do we design with one eye to the design awards and the other to the glossy magazines. Our style is driven by our client
