All our inspections comply with and are conducted under the rules and conditions defined with the Australian Standards 4349.1 and 4349.3 which relate to both Building and Termite Inspections. For your added security, we hold both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. We understand that time can often be an urgent consideration when purchasing a new home. For this reason and to provide clients with the best service, we can be contacted 7 days a week at 0401 134 333 and we do specialise in providing very short notice inspections sometimes even on the same day! Once our Inspector has completed his inspection, he will telephone you with an overall summary of his findings. This is followed up within 24 hours with your full written report and supporting photographs depicting areas of concern. This will be emailed directly to you.
