Jorgensens Design & Build are Commercial and Industrial Builders based on the Gold Coast and have serviced South East Queensland since 1991. Tom Jorgensen has been involved in the building industry since 1982. Initially Jorgensens focus was on the design and build of luxury homes. Many hundreds of homes have been completed with satisfied owners continuing to enjoy the quality construction, good looks and functional design.

In 2002 at the request of a past client, Jorgensens completed the design and construction of a child care facility. The project proved to be a success coming in both under time and budget. As the word spread, Jorgensens were inundated by other childcare operators wishing to build new facilities. This among other factors lead to the progression into commercial and industrial construction.
