Our services typically include feasibility studies, architectural design, cost control, consultant co-ordination, building permit and planning permit applications, tendering to builders and administration of the building contract. We find that some clients like us to manage the whole process, while others prefer to be more involved, which is completely fine with us! We like a good collaboration.
