Warrington Homes is a family business, owned and run by Michael Warrington.
Since 1985, Michael has been buiding and renovating homes and commercial properties. That’s a lot of renovations, extensions, new homes and outdoor rooms!
At your initial consultation, Michael uses 2 ears and 1 mouth, so you get lots of listening, and only half as much talking. He wants to hear about your needs, your ideas, your lifestyle, your budget and your style.

A perfectionist who attends to all the details, Michael also chooses contractors who will reliably deliver on those details.
Sometimes you’ll even see him in there, working with his contractors to make sure the details are just right.
